Our lifestyle has a big impact on our health. In our sessions, we will evaluate your exercise habits, daily movement, stress adaptation, detox support, sleep hygiene, mindset etc. We will fine tune the above mentioned hurdles in order to optimize your health.

We use third party tested and professional grade products and herbs in our protocols depending on your bio-individual needs. We will always place emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle adjustments first, however, we do include these helpful tools for overcoming chronic hurdles.

Here's how it works
We’ll discover the root cause of the issues you're experiencing and finally put aside the yo-yo dieting and temporary band aid solutions. Our protocols encompass personalized nutrition, adoption of new lifestyle habits, daily movement, proper mindset and health optimisation modalities.
Step 1 - Client Intake Form
Complete our comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire, as well as our exercise/sleep/food journal.
Step 2 - Health Protocol Plan
Once all of your documents are completed, we meet for 60 minutes to review the plan we set in place. This plan will include custom dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations as well as other supporting documents.
Step 3 - Meal Plan
You will have access to our nutrition app which is where you will find your customized meal plan.The app contains a collection of nutritious and delicious recipes that align with your dietary preferences. We suggest creating your grocery list based on the week’s meals you select to ensure you stay on track. These recipes are quick and easy to prepare, with clear instructions.
Step 4 - Accountability/Check-Ins
Once you’ve begun to implement our recommendations, we will continue to do 30 minute bi-weekly check-ins (phone or online/video chat) to discuss your progress, address any roadblocks and make adjustments to your protocols as needed.
Step 5 - The Butterfly Stage
At the end of our time together, you will leave with a personalized plan including supplement, lifestyle and dietary recommendations to continue supporting you on your health journey. Spread your wings and fly! Don’t forget, whenever you feel the need to check in a few months down the line, you have the option to return to the next for a follow-up.

The DELUXE package includes all the extensive analysis and plan development of the standard breakthrough package, but also includes functional lab tab tests. This enhances the efficacy of your personalized plan. Our consultants will suggest which test(s) to do based on your client intake form.
Functional Lab test analysis includes: hormone testing (DUTCH), Stool testing (GI Map) and Blood work.
The DUTCH Complete™
There are different DUTCH tests. At CoreXcellence we like using the,The DUTCH Complete™ and The DUTCH Plus™.
The DUTCH Complete™ is a comprehensive assessment of sex hormones (progesterone, estrogens and androgens) and adrenal hormone metabolites (cortisol, cortisone, creatinine and DHEA-S) and other key biomarkers. This test also includes neuro-markers and gut- health indicators. The analysis of this test gives you and your nutrition consultant insights into how your hormones are working and how they may be impacting your health.
