    Meet for your consultation. 
    Kayla will breakdown her takeaways from your journal and questionnaire, then share her plan to help you achieve your goals.

    Receive your plan 
    As a follow up to your consultation, you will then receive  your customized nutrition and lifestyle plan.  On a weekly basis, Kayla will check in to hold you accountable and on track!
